Sooz is owned by Sue and Rusty Baker and operated out of the large commercial kitchen at Dagwoods on Parkinson Street, Gisborne.
Originally Sooz was established to create and sell cheesecakes locally, and since 2009 we have sold cheesecakes at many local events and still are regular exhibitors at the Poverty Bay A&P Show.
Increasingly we were asked to provide morning and afternoon teas to local businesses and building on this we found ourselves catering for a wider variety of functions and events, including Corporate receptions and Weddings.
